Wanted - Serial terminal

Hello,
I've been looking for a serial terminal/dumb terminal. Something that can take a serial (RS-232) input. Typical brands were Wyse or DEC, but there were a lot of different terminals in the market (my old terminal was a Cromemco) with different screen types (white, amber, green). If anyone has one or knows where I might get one, please let me know. I've looked on eBay, but the prices are just way more than I'd be willing to pay for what is a bit of a novelty.

I have a few terminals. Would you be open to a bit of a project (a good cleaning, some cosmetic repair), or something turnkey?

Hello, It would probably depend on the price and level of the project. What brand/models of terminals do you have? Obviously the closer to turnkey the better, but I think it all depends on level of effort, price, and model.

I've got an Ampex (210?) and at least one DEC terminal. Neither have keyboards, but I believe both work. I'll have to dig them out, test them, and get some photos over to you.

It's an Ampex 230 Plus. It's got some cracks and scuffs, but it does turn on. I don't have a keyboard so I can't test full functionality.

It's yours for $25.
Otherwise, make me an offer! The other is a DEC VT320, it works, but I don't have a keyboard for that one either. I'd prefer to sell the Ampex, as I'd like to use the DEC terminal for another project, but I'd consider selling it.

Sorry for the delay - I did some research on the Ampex and what it would take to get a keyboard. Thank you for getting it out and taking the pictures, but I'll probably have to pass - I don't know if I'm that committed to having a terminal given the keyboards aren't cheap.

No problem, it'll be here if you need it!
