For those curious, this was a short-lived product Commodore cooked up to squeeze more money out of the Commodore 64 computer- it is just that, a Commodore 64 without a keyboard, expansion ports, and instead just features the cartridge port rotated upwards. While the C64 had plenty of games on cartridge, it didn't really take off as a standalone games machine, and was only released in Europe, making these pretty rare. Wikipedia article on it HERE.
