A real mystery item HERE, located in Milwaukee. Apparently it's both "Easy to learn" and "Convenient" as it lets you do everything a keyboard can do with a few buttons using one hand. I just checked, and LGR hasn't done an oddware episode on it, so I haven't a clue how this might work, or fit into the current retro scene.

Interestingly, you can still buy these brand new from InfoGrip. Not cheap either! Something to note is that the ports on the listing above are definitely PS2/AT style, but newer versions appear to be USB- so there is definitely a market for these, and they continue to make/sell them. My first thought is accessibility for folks with disabilities, but all the write ups I've seen appear to be selling these to average folks looking to simply save time. Perhaps a blend of he two? I really don't know.
