So, as I'm working away at my "Portales Problem" I've encountered yet another snag. I ordered capacitors some time ago, and they aren't expected to arrive anytime soon- so I looked around and found another seller that assured me they could get them to me in a reasonable time frame. While they got them into the carrier's hands in no time, FedEx has been sitting on them as the "delivery date" continues to be pushed back further and further. There's nothing I'd like better than to get these machines recapped and buttoned back up so they're not scattered all across my work spaces, but here we are... and probably will be going into the new year.
Apologies for the rant, I just can't believe that something as simple as shipping a small package from one state to another would be this difficult.
On a positive note, if anyone needs film capacitors, I'll be drowning in them someday.
