Voltage Display for Apple 2

I was over on Apple2Online following @PS2it's suggestion, and wound up perusing their catalog of Apple II goodies. One thing that stood out was THIS oddball item.

Apparently you plug in an expansion card, and it feeds the voltage data to this display unit. While I can see the value in knowing voltages for troubleshooting, and even having a dedicated card to do this, I'm not sure what the practical application of having an external power rail display for your Apple II or IIGS would be. It's definitely intended for a more permanent installation into a setup, but again, aside from the aesthetic of it I don't know what the practical use of it might be.

What do you all think of this one?

To be clear, they do have just a diagnostic card along the same line too, though this is advertised as a testing tool, and not as an accessory like the external display is. That's HERE for those interested.

I almost got the expansion card/diagnostic tool as I thought it would be handy in the future!
