Weird stuff spotted at Goodwill

I was at Goodwill and spotted some weird stuff. I figured why not make a thread to collect these, as I'm sure I (and probably others) will see all sorts of strange things in there.

To kick things off, an odd disk in the 99 cent bin:

I wasn't sure what to expect.

I'm not sure who this random bust is supposed to be. If you know, let me know!

Really enjoy these posts, and will try to add my own. Any suggestions on how you shrink your photo file size?

I use a program called "Gyazo" that lets you upload (or screenshot) anything, and they host it forever. I'm just embedding the photos here, and the software automatically scales them to the page, o you can manually change them if you like. IMGUR does something similar, but I've been with Gyazo forever and they do a pretty good job.

Haven't had a chance to go to Goodwill in a long time, and finally had a chance to swing in there yesterday. Not much tech stuff, but a few oddities caught my eye:

Santa: Master of Puppets

A snowman that has suffered some sort of odd chest injury.

Finally, a demo tape of Pinocchio, or at least the case. If the tape had been in there, I probably would have picked it up.

Now that's a piece of retro wall art if I ever saw one! 😄

Was in there Thursday but haven't had a chance to dump photos until now.

First, this beastly "Califone" branded tape recorder- it had to weigh 10+ pounds. Tape recorders aren't too hard to find at the Goodwill stores around here in my experience, but this one was a real monster.

What home is truly complete without a ceramic pig face?

Talk about burning through money...

Which Goodwill was the Califone at? My son has been looking for one with Tone adjustment and I will see if I can snag it.
Califone is an educational brand. Can you visualize the headphones with the two arced rods and rubbery parts?
Do you know what SO stands for if it's S. O. Elementary?

Oh trebble set me free
I have seen your face
And it’s too much too much for me

It was at the north side one on Highway 10. I'll be over there tomorrow- if it's still there I'll snag it for ya. I do not recall seeing any headphones, but I'm happy to go digging to see if they're there.

I have a califone tape recorder in box if you want it! I picked it up due to my love of cassettes, but have since replaced it with some other decks.

The ceramic pig face was very funny haha. I have a ceramic chicken head mount that I picked up from a garage sale because I thought it was funny!

@Pezdude If @Performa doesn't snag it at our local goodwill, I will gladly take yours!

I mounted a Pokey (Gumby's horse) head on a cardboard shield on my college dorm door, back when the world of self discovery proclamation was dorm doors. (It proclaimed nothing.)

I went to Goodwill before the snowstorm rolled in, and here's what there was to see!

A giant iPod that's one of those cheap clock/radio combos. Strange!

First time I've ever seen a dog house at Goodwill.

Rooster Chariot?

Whatever this is...

...and finally, a complete-in-box Palm III xe with all the cables and dock for $4. Stuck some new batteries in it, and it fired right up. I picked this one up as it's so strange.

Pretty rare to find a TV of any sort at Goodwill (Goodwill NCW doesn't take them anymore at all, not sure how this slipped through) but here's an oddball.

I did not pick this one up as it was $25 and I "technically" already have one like it. I'll have to dig it out and bring it to a show sometime!
