Cartrivision was an early pioneer of home video tape, and a massive flop. Expensive, cumbersome, and with extremely limited support, the format fizzled in the early 1970's and was largely forgotten. While a handful of devices still exist out there, it's been believed there weren't any left out in the wild. Until one cropped up on eBay!
